“Relationship Guy”
We hear that term in athletics all the time. A “Relationship Guy” is someone who performs at their best when they feel a sense of belonging and connection to the people around him/her. We are all “Relationship Guys”!
Individuals
To acknowledge someone’s race, ethnicity, or gender is not wrong. Those are just some of the things that go into making each person a unique individual.
Authenticity
Young people are seeking honesty and authenticity in all parts of their lives. In order to connect with Generation Z, we have to be comfortable in our own skin and not try to “fake” our way into a relationship with them.
